Congratulations to Saffron Walden 1st XV for winning their league and securing promotion to London North East Division 1.
They have had a fantastic season, playing an expansive and open style of rugby which has been great to watch.
Back in March they also won the Cambridgeshire Cup beating Shelford 2’s at the impressive Cambridge University ground.
They are definitely a young and confident team on the up, and I’m sure further successes will follow.
